Mamavation Monday 2/8
Well last week was an ok week. Not much weight loss, about a lb, but it went up and down. I really need to stick to writing down all of my food and tracking it better, I am not the best with it, but I do try to make the best choices. I started the Wii Active 30 day challenge. I really like it so far, I think I probably need to up the intensity. But I like how it makes me work up a sweat. This week I am hoping to up my workouts. I'm loving the fact that I have some energy, but still need to gets some more. Being the mom of an almost 4 month old is very tiresome, but I love it. My goals for this week are to continue to work my way through the 30 day challenge and add some wii fit too. Hoping to get up to 45 mins a day for a workout, but its hard to get it in when my little one doesn't want to sleep longer than 20 mins. I am hoping to increase my fruit and veggie intake also, at least 5 servings per day. Hope everyone has a great week.

I completely understand, ,my son is almost 6 months. It's hard because they change their schedules constantly, making it hard for you to create a habit. Keep working at it, the next two months will mean big changes in napping and his ability to occupy himself - invest in a jumperoo if you can! And keep leaning on the Mamavation ladies! We're here for you!

I remember when mine were little,it is hard but try to carve out a few minutes for yourself a day. Trust me, you'll appreciate it and so will your family. And keep up the good work with the weight loss, any loss is a good loss.
Yes, having a 4 month old baby is really very tiring. I'm surprised you can even fit in working out, I fit in sleep whenever I can when my kids were that age :-) But I'm so proud of you, girl. I started with the 30 day challenge last month, and now I transitioned over to the six week challenge of the More Workouts. I love both workouts. You're on the right track.
